C & F Press is a new traditional publishing company which publishes fiction and nonfiction books. Our fiction books aim to provide readers with thought-provoking narratives. Although we work with a variety of nonfiction topics, our focus is academic books in any field of the humanities.
We are located in the south coast of New South Wales, but we reach a global audience.
Apart from publishing quality books, we also offer a range of services centred around research in the humanities.
Fiction and nonfiction
We publish a variety of fiction and nonfiction books on a range of topics. Our main criteria is quality content. We are not after formulaic work; we want to publish books which are original and which will create impact on our readers.

Academic publishing
We have published academic work on linguistics and language education, and we aim to expand to cover other areas of the humanities. We publish different types of academic work, such as monographs, edited volumes, and conference proceedings. All academic work undergoes a double-blind peer review process and there is no charge to publish with C & F Press. Our academic publications will be made available open access after three years; however, academic publications can be made available open access before that for a fee.

Consultancy services
With over 20 years of experience in the university sector across the UK, Australia, and Spain, we can offer a range of consultancy services centred around humanities research. We offer services in research management and development, mentoring of early career researchers, and PhD student support. We also offer an in-person and online 10-hour development programme for PhD students. Currently, the development programme for PhD students is only available for students of linguistics. Students can book a spot individually or institutions can make a booking for several students for a private course.
